Project Introduction
This project is located in Fengxian, Shanghai, and is a rooftop distributed photovoltaic integrated wiring project. It uses aluminum alloy cable trays with a total length of 2190 meters.

Installation Details
The use of aluminum alloy cable trays on the roof of Shanghai Fengxian Factory is the result of comprehensive consideration of coastal climate, construction efficiency, environmental policies, and long-term economy. Its characteristics of corrosion resistance, lightweight, and easy installation are particularly suitable for scenarios such as photovoltaic cable laying on factory roofs and complex pipeline layouts, making it the preferred solution in modern industrial buildings.

The installation of the rooftop photovoltaic bridge fully demonstrates the craftsmanship and technical strength of the professional team. The construction personnel use a total station to accurately measure the roof structure at the millimeter level, and scientifically design the direction of the cable tray based on the photovoltaic module layout plan to ensure that the elevation error of each section of the cable tray is controlled within ± 3mm. The main body of the aluminum alloy cable tray has undergone anodizing treatment, which significantly improves its weather resistance and perfectly matches the ripples of the roof color steel tiles, demonstrating the coordination of industrial aesthetics.
The installation team innovatively adopts a patented elastic buckle type fixed bracket, which not only avoids damage to the roof waterproof layer, but also achieves dynamic stress release of the cable tray system. Customized curved connectors with laser cutting are used at the corners of cable trays, and there are no sharp bends during cable laying, effectively reducing the risk of cable wear. The grounding system adopts a dual circuit redundant design, and the lightning protection down conductor is reliably welded to the building’s lightning protection strip. The overall grounding resistance value measured is only 0.8 Ω, far exceeding the industry standard requirements.
